The Mark Hopkins Building Advisory Council is a team of teachers and school administrators that work together to discuss a variety of issues.  The team works through a collaborative process and works to consensus on all issues.  The BAC is an advisory council to the Principal on the following issues:

• School Climate and Discipline Policy
• School Calendar
• Staff and Student Handbook
• School Policies and Procedures
• Staff Development
• The Physical Plant and Maintenance Issues
• School and Community Relations
• Safety Plans, Emergency Plans, and Improvements to School Safety
