TOP 12 CHEAP AND EASY WAYS TO HELP HOPKINS ELEMENTARY AND THE PTO!!!
1. Cut the "Box Tops for Education", 10 cent labels off the General Mills/Pillsbury products - give them to your teacher for collection or in the main lobby bin. Ask Grandparents, other family members or neighbors to participate also!
2. Keep your Campbell's labels and put them in the collection bin in the main lobby or turn them into your teacher. Ask Grandparents, other family members or neighbors to participate also!
3. Collect and turn in Capri Sun pouches, Sunny Delight bottles, and Nabisco wrappers into the bins in the cafeteria.
4. Go to Skate City during the designated "Hopkins Night" or during vacation time (use the the coupons that come home in the school folders so Hopkins gets credit).
5. Eat at the restaurants designated on certain nights of the month - a portion from that evening will go to PTO. Be sure to tell the cashier you are from Hopkins.
6. During the events and fund raising, particpate, buy at least one item. Even one helps!
7. If you have a Target charge card, make sure that you have designated Hopkins as the beneficiary to receive a certain percentage of what you charge on the card.
8. If you shop at Office Depot, tell the cashier that you are from Mark Hopkins Elementary in Centennial and a percentage of what you spend goes back to the school.
9. When doing your taxes, go to H & R Block to have them do your taxes. We now have a program designed to give back to the school and PTO!
10. Go to our Hopkins website, click on the Healthy Coffee program, purchase any product on there and again we get a percentage of the receipt.
11. When you purchase items on-line, go through "schoolpop.com". You will need to register the first time you do this, and type in Hopkins Elementary School" in "Littleton, CO" as the organization you are supporting. Over 300 merchants have links on this website, and they will donate a portion of your purchase to Hopkins simply because you went through schoolpop.com!!
12. Simply by donating to the Hopkins PTO. You can donate any amount you wish to the Hopkins PTO. All money will go towards making Hopkins better by purchasing things that the children and school need. (Example: Smart boards, playground structures, books, supplies, etc. the list can go on and on.)
